“ Visiting from the midwest and walked over from the Hilton. I was pleasantly surprised with how delicious the coffee is and got tacos am. It is so good but SO spicy. Carmel Coin hot coffee is the best ever. They also sell mimosas, martinis and matcha. I love how boxes and cups of water are all available for self serve. Although it is a self service restaurant the employees still brought food out to the tables. The patio is so so pretty! Immediately Id recommend this place to anyone who wants an affordable breakfast and fantastic coffee! ”

“ Very cool place for morning breakfast. We order a latte, sort of toast with egg and bacon and tortilla crunch wrap. No complaints, very tasteful. The toast was perfect and we added some cholula salsa. It was a good experience. They have a really nice clothing line and gifts. We will definitely come back ”

“ New Penny Cafe is a great new option Im Avondale for brunch fanatics. We were there last week for my daughters bday and Heather took great care of us and was even able to setup a table for my family. We love the half order of biscuits and gravy, for only 6!. The gravy is not your typical white gravy, I believe if handsome chorizo or chipotle which gives it a full, creamy and chunky flavor for a secret menu tip add a side of carnitas My kid loves his big tenders only for 6.50 for 2 big one and a good size of fries and to drink there are many options, however, I had the chocolate Martini and the horchata liqueur which on the weekends are 2 off. Protein Bowls are about 9 with a good single serving, coffee drinks about 6, alcohol drinks vary but I paid 8 for the horchata drink that I forgot the name and 10 for the choco martini, not bad. This was the perfect brunch place after church. They are open until 3pm and there is a small lake next door for insta moments with your loved ones. “ Ive been wanting to visit New Penny Cafe for weeks now and Im so happy I finally got the chance!! This place is so awesome!! The atmosphere is so welcoming the staff is so friendly and helpful! I got the Sonoran turkey sandwich with Mac salad. The sandwich is so good, a little spicy and the fresh veggies are perfect! And the Mac salad is so flavorful and spicy!! Also two drinks. Twilight Lotus and Monsoon lotus, both beautiful and delicious!! I cant wait to go back again!! ”

“ I love working from here. The staff is extremely kind. I ordered oats with a latte. Highly recommend, they give a generous portion and they do offer a variety of syrups and milk for lattes. I ordered a sugarfree caramel latte. Someone else took my latter, but the employees were quick to remake me a fresh latte. I will be returning soon. ”

“ I went here after I ordered from Door Dash a week prior and like what I had. So based on that, I decided to get up early and take my girl to this new spot to try it in person. First of all, I recommend getting there early as the tables fill up fast. It is not a long wait as people mainly are ordering quick bites along with great coffee. They have so many coffee concoctions, juice mixes, and few takes on alcohol. It does not stop there because they have some very tasty food fare that is similar enough to other breakfast items but altogether different at the same time. It is their take on good and they do it very well, I must say. I had the Blvd burrito with bacon. It has bacon, egg, hash rounds, cheese, and a chipotle sauce that brings it together nicely with just the right amount of kick! I also ordered hash rounds that came with a fried egg on top, a melt cheesy seasoned sauce, green chile salsa, avocado, and sour cream. My girl had the chicken n chicken sausage with cheese and a freshly made biscuit that was well received. She had the regular coffee and I had the whipped and blended espresso coffee. Alyssa was our server and she made sure we had everything we needed. New Penny Cafe is a newer place but one that I will frequent when I am up early and out and about. ”

“ The cafe is really nice, decent size with lots of indoor and outdoor seating. The breakfast burrito and the danish I got were delicious. I really enjoyed all the unique drinks they had. I would definitely recommend this place for breakfast and lunch. ”
